ASSIFONTE representa al sector europeo del queso fundido en general. Da voz a todo el sector a nivel europeo y ofrece una plataforma para que los expertos de la industria intercambien nuevas innovaciones y mejores pr\u00e1cticas con los responsables pol\u00edticos adecuados de la UE.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el papel de ASSIFONTE en la industria del queso fundido?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ASSIFONTE desempe\u00f1a un papel vital en la industria del queso fundido, tanto a nivel externo como interno.<\/p>\n<p>En el exterior, colabora con la Comisi\u00f3n Europea y participa en debates sobre temas cruciales para el sector. Como miembro permanente del Comit\u00e9 Consultivo, ASSIFONTE presenta peri\u00f3dicamente sus puntos de vista en un c\u00edrculo m\u00e1s amplio. La organizaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n mantiene contactos con organizaciones internacionales, como la OMC, para promover los intereses del sector europeo del queso fundido. Tambi\u00e9n trabaja con embajadas y autoridades extranjeras para resolver problemas espec\u00edficos relacionados con la exportaci\u00f3n de queso fundido europeo. ASSIFONTE colabora con la European Dairy Association (EDA) y representa los puntos espec\u00edficos de la industria del queso fundido en el seno de la organizaci\u00f3n, y sigue los trabajos de FoodDrinkEurope (FDE).<\/p>\n<p>A nivel interno, ASSIFONTE organiza grupos de trabajo ad hoc y peque\u00f1os grupos de acci\u00f3n a los que se invita a expertos de la industria del queso fundido. La organizaci\u00f3n cuenta con una peque\u00f1a junta directiva, el Comit\u00e9 Directeur, que se re\u00fane dos o tres veces al a\u00f1o o cuando es necesario para defender los intereses de la industria del queso fundido en caso de una acci\u00f3n de emergencia frente a la Comisi\u00f3n de la UE u otras partes.
