ASSIFONTE repr\u00e9sente l&rsquo;ensemble du secteur europ\u00e9en du fromage fondu. Il permet \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble du secteur de s&rsquo;exprimer au niveau europ\u00e9en et offre aux experts de l&rsquo;industrie une plateforme pour \u00e9changer de nouvelles innovations et de meilleures pratiques avec les d\u00e9cideurs politiques de l&rsquo;UE.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quel est le r\u00f4le d&rsquo;ASSIFONTE dans l&rsquo;industrie du fromage fondu ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ASSIFONTE joue un r\u00f4le essentiel dans l&rsquo;industrie du fromage fondu, tant sur le plan externe que sur le plan interne.<\/p>\n<p>Sur le plan externe, ASSIFONTE est un partenaire de la Commission europ\u00e9enne et participe aux discussions sur les questions cruciales pour l&rsquo;industrie. En tant que membre permanent du Comit\u00e9 consultatif, ASSIFONTE pr\u00e9sente r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement ses points de vue dans un cercle plus large. L&rsquo;organisation entretient \u00e9galement des contacts avec des organisations internationales, telles que l&rsquo;OMC, afin de promouvoir les int\u00e9r\u00eats du secteur europ\u00e9en du fromage fondu. Elle travaille \u00e9galement avec les ambassades et les autorit\u00e9s \u00e9trang\u00e8res pour r\u00e9soudre des probl\u00e8mes sp\u00e9cifiques li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;exportation de fromage fondu europ\u00e9en. ASSIFONTE collabore avec l&rsquo;Association europ\u00e9enne du lait (EDA) et repr\u00e9sente les points sp\u00e9cifiques de l&rsquo;industrie du fromage fondu au sein de l&rsquo;organisation, et suit les travaux de FoodDrinkEurope (FDE).<\/p>\n<p>En interne, ASSIFONTE organise des groupes de travail ad hoc et de petits groupes d&rsquo;action auxquels sont invit\u00e9s des experts de l&rsquo;industrie du fromage fondu. L&rsquo;organisation dispose d&rsquo;un petit conseil d&rsquo;administration, le Comit\u00e9 Directeur, qui se r\u00e9unit deux \u00e0 trois fois par an ou lorsque cela s&rsquo;av\u00e8re n\u00e9cessaire pour d\u00e9fendre les int\u00e9r\u00eats de l&rsquo;industrie du fromage fondu en cas d&rsquo;action d&rsquo;urgence vis-\u00e0-vis de la Commission europ\u00e9enne ou d&rsquo;autres parties.
