As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for the full HR spectrum within our organization. You will combine strategic and operational tasks and play a key role in developing, implementing, and executing HR policies and processes. You will be both the point of contact for employees and the driving force behind HR projects and organizational development.
Your responsibilities as an HR Advisor will include:
Strategic tasks:
- Developing and implementing HR policies aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Advising management and supervisors on HR-related matters, such as organizational development, labor law, and strategic workforce planning.
- Monitoring HR trends and regulations and translating them into concrete actions and improvements.
- Preparing and analyzing HR reports, such as absenteeism, staff turnover, and employee engagement.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, collective agreements, and other regulations.
Operational tasks:
- Managing the full personnel administration, including contracts, leave, and absenteeism.
- Conducting recruitment and selection processes, from job posting to interviews and onboarding.
- Acting as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and issues.
- Supporting the execution of performance reviews and performance management.
- Organizing training sessions, workshops, and staff events.
- Ensuring correct compliance with labor laws and collective agreements.
Process improvement and communication:
- Identifying areas for improvement in HR processes and implementing more efficient working methods.
- Maintaining and optimizing HR systems and documentation.
- Being responsible for internal communication on HR-related topics.
What We Are Looking For
To be considered for the HR Advisor position, your CV should include:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and several years of experience in a similar role.
- A well-rounded HR professional with experience in both operational and strategic tasks.
- Strong administrative skills, ensuring error-free processing and detailed documentation.
- The ability to work independently while knowing you can always rely on your team.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, continuously improving our processes.
- Strong communication skills as an HR Adviser, in both Dutch and English, and a customer-oriented attitude.
- The ability to set priorities and maintain an overview.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in an HR role.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of labor law, HR software, and MS Office.
