International Sales Manager

St. Paul is a producer of processed cheese products and cheese alternatives for the B2B market. We develop tailor-made products in collaboration with international companies in the food industry. As a family business with a flat organizational structure, we highly value mutual loyalty and engagement with our customers. With recent strong growth and plans to further increase our production capacity, we also aim to expand our vegan/snack/QSR product range.

The role:

As a Sales Manager at St. Paul, you play a crucial role in expanding our client portfolio. You act as a key partner for both new and existing international clients, demonstrating deep insight into their product range and providing the best solutions to meet their needs. Additionally, you actively participate in and attend (inter)national trade shows to strengthen our presence and attract potential clients. Furthermore, you are responsible for developing and implementing the annual account and budget plan, determining the strategic direction for achieving growth.

After thorough training, during which you will learn about our products and the nuances of the industry, you will work independently. You will manage your own portfolio of (inter)national clients, maintaining close relationships and acquiring new orders and customers through effective communication and negotiation.

 

What we require from you:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar sales role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch, English, and German; knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Results-oriented, analytical, and commercially minded
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
  • Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
  • Living within a maximum one-way commute of 100 km from our company.
