Shuttle Driver (Base: Sint Jansteen)

St. Paul is a family-owned company with a flat organizational structure, where loyalty and involvement are at the heart of everything we do. Due to increasing demand for our high-quality processed cheese products and cheese alternatives for the B2B market, we are continuing to grow. To strengthen our transport team, we are looking for a shuttle driver to handle the efficient daily transport between our location in Sint Jansteen and our partner site in Lokeren.
What will you do?
As a shuttle driver, your workday starts early in the morning in Sint Jansteen with a pre-loaded trailer. You’ll drive to Lokeren, where you check whether a trailer combination is ready. If so, you place the securing bars, dock the trailer, and move another combination into position. You then report to the office to collect the required documents. After that, you return to Sint Jansteen to unload and reload. This cycle repeats three times a day.
What are we looking for?
You have at least 1 year of experience as a driver and hold a valid CE driving license and Code 95.
You are precise and structured in your work.
You are independent and enjoy clear routines.
You are physically capable of loading, unloading, and coupling/uncoupling trailers.
You are customer-friendly and have a team-oriented attitude.
