You will work for a growing company specializing in producing custom-processed cheese products and cheese solutions for the B2B food industry. Our team, consisting of over 100 professionals, combines advanced technology with craftsmanship and a rich family tradition. The high-quality (processed) cheese solutions we provide are incorporated by our customers into products for retail, foodservice, and QSR. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the maintenance and further development of the machinery at our locations in Lokeren and St. Jansteen. You organize and plan revisions, maintenance, and project work. Additionally, you are responsible for identifying and resolving malfunctions and bottlenecks, as well as devising and implementing improvements to all production lines.You also manage inventory and procurement for the technical department and contribute to the further implementation and management of the maintenance management system.
You lead a small team and are responsible for the development of your team members. You will also be the point of contact for various suppliers.

What we expect form you:
- Developing structure and planning in the area of technical maintenance
- Solving or ensuring the resolution of problems and malfunctions
- Devising and implementing improvements to technical installations and production facilities.
- Strong focus on safety
What we require:
- A completed technical MBO/HBO education
- Experience in work preparation is a plus
- Strong organizational and/or decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Dutch and English.
- Structured work, keeping commitments, punctual, and accurate.
- Solid experience with Excel and planning programs.
