St. Paul is looking for a motivated Line Operator (m/f) for the production department in Sint Jansteen, the Netherlands.
In this role, you will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be hands-on on the production floor, ensuring that the production line operates correctly, intervening in minor technical issues, and working as a team to meet the set quality standards.

Your responsibilities as a Line Operator
As part of our production team, you will be responsible for:
- Setting up, adjusting, and operating the production line;
- Keeping the line running according to the planned production schedule with your team;
- Weighing and checking the correct quantities of raw materials;
- Actively monitoring the entire production process;
- Performing and recording quality checks during production;
- Identifying and resolving minor technical malfunctions independently;
- Reporting more serious technical issues to the technical service in time;
- Performing first-line maintenance and cleaning of machines and the work environment;
- Helping to coordinate and guide colleagues at the line in consultation with the team leader;
- Working closely with fellow operators and production staff to ensure a safe, hygienic, and efficient production process.
Your profile
- Experience as an operator in a production environment, preferably in the food industry;
- Technical insight and the ability to fix small issues independently;
- Minimum MBO-level working and thinking, or equivalent experience;
- A team player who is not afraid to take responsibility;
- Able to stay calm and find solutions under pressure;
- A proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility;
- High standards for hygiene, safety, and quality—especially in a food production environment.
