About the vacancy

For our production location in Sint Jansteen, we’re looking for a Production Employee who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. This is not a role where you sit still all day. You actively work on the production line, help keep up the pace, and work together with your colleagues to keep the production process running smoothly.

What will you be doing?

As a Production Employee, you have an active and responsible role within the production process. Your tasks include:

  • Unpacking and inspecting food products according to strict quality standards.
  • Moving, processing, and supplying products and materials.
  • Spotting deviations and malfunctions and reporting them immediately to your supervisor.
  • Ensuring the production line keeps running smoothly.
  • Keeping your workplace clean and tidy.
  • Complying with all hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Pitching in wherever needed and finishing the work together with your colleagues.

This is an active production role. You work largely on your feet, are in motion a lot, and regularly perform physically demanding and repetitive tasks. You enjoy being physically active and are able to keep this up for a full shift.

What makes you successful?

For this role, we’re looking for someone with a practical mindset and a strong work ethic. You’re reliable, work precisely, and find it important to work together with your colleagues to keep the production process running smoothly.

  • You have a VMBO working and thinking level.
  • You feel comfortable in a role where pace, effort, and physical activity play an important part.
  • You enjoy working as part of a team, are happy to support colleagues where needed, and have a hands-on mentality.
  • You have a sense for order, tidiness, quality, and hygiene.

Experience in a production environment is a nice bonus, but your motivation, effort, and willingness to pitch in matter just as much to us. We’re looking for someone who takes responsibility, enjoys being actively involved, and wants to help the team achieve a good result together.

Bonus points if you love cheese! 🧀

What do we offer?

  • A challenging and varied role within a healthy family business.
  • A market-conform salary in accordance with the CAO Particulier Kaaspakhuis, depending on age and experience.
  • Good secondary employment benefits, including:
    • 25 days of paid leave;
    • Pension accrual;
    • Travel expense reimbursement;
    • Holiday allowance;
    • Room for personal development and professionalization;
    • An informal and collegial working atmosphere;
    • Fun company activities, such as a summer barbecue, Christmas party, and company outings;
    • Short lines of communication, plenty of collaboration, and a no-nonsense mentality;
    • Discount on our ERU products.
