The role:
As a Junior Sales Manager at St. Paul, you will play a supporting role in expanding our customer portfolio. You will join our sales team and contribute to our important role as a partner for both new and existing international clients. We will train you to gain in-depth insight into their product range and identify the best solutions to meet their needs.
You will also actively participate in and attend (inter)national trade fairs to strengthen our presence and attract potential clients. You will be supported as you take on responsibilities such as drafting and implementing the annual account and budget plan, helping to define the strategic direction to drive growth.
After a thorough onboarding period—during which you will get to know our products and the intricacies of the industry—you will begin working under the guidance of an experienced Sales Manager. You will help manage his portfolio of (inter)national clients and support him in maintaining close relationships, securing new orders and clients through effective communication and negotiations.

St. Paul is a producer of processed cheese products and cheese alternatives for the B2B market. We develop tailor-made solutions in collaboration with international companies in the food industry. As a family-owned business with a flat organizational structure, we highly value mutual loyalty and engagement with our customers.
Following a period of strong growth and with plans to further expand our production capacity, we are also aiming to broaden our range of vegan, snack, and QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) products.

What we ask of you:
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a similar sales role
Higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working
Excellent communication skills in Dutch, English, and German; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Results-oriented, analytical, and commercially minded
Able to work independently and in a structured manner
Willingness to travel internationally regularly
